We have rolling admission, so whenever you’re ready to learn and grow, you can join our community.
We meet for live calls once per month! These calls include deep instruction on an educational topic (based on the month’s focus), an opportunity to ask Micaela questions, share your wins from the week, and get tactical advice from Micaela and the community members.

The Twellve course is a wellness program that comes with your Twellve membership. The course includes modules organized by topic, with deep dives into the wellness essentials via videos and self-guided workbooks.
This is a wellness community, not 1:1 health coaching with personalized protocols. Because of this, I am able to keep the costs at a fraction of what 1:1 coaching costs, while still offering valuable education, live teaching, resources, discounted lab testing, & more.
As a VIP Twellve (annual) member you get access to functional lab testing with a one-time protocol and video review. Pricing for these packages is separate and billed through our HIPAA compliant provider.
